Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a body-mind practice that draws upon traditional hatha yoga postures and client-led dialogue.   In private one-to-one sessions you are assisted and supported in moving into yoga postures and breathing.  Mindful attention to bodily sensations, feelings, memories or images can bring about a release of tensions, stress and traumas.  The results of the combination of supported postures and mindfulness attention can have the potential for creative life change and insights.
